HALMMA&Friends is the new rewards program from Halmma, designed to reward customers based on their loyalty and referrals using a system of virtual stamps on their personal HALMMA&Friends card, which you download into your mobile wallet as an identification card for the program. Through this card, you gain access to exclusive benefits.
Joining the HALMMA&Friends program is FREE, with no fees or maintenance costs INDEFINITELY.

When you have your personal digital HALMMA&Friends card on your mobile, you belong to the program and enjoy exclusive benefits through both the purchase of Halmma massage experiences and the effective recommendation of Halmma experiences to others. How does HALMMA&Friends work?
You have two ways to obtain your personal virtual HALMMA&Friends card:
- Request to join the program during your next visit to Halmma. The reception staff will show you a QR code for you to scan with your mobile..
- Ask another program member to invite you by scanning the specific QR code on their membership card.
- In the button on this page: “Download Card”
Once you access the registration page, you will need to fill in your personal details, as the card is personal and non-transferable. And that’s it.
Participation mechanics
The participation mechanics are very simple and are based on “accumulating stamps” through various ways of purchasing Halmma experiences, as well as through effective referrals of the card.
- Stamps are obtained by manually scanning your card by our staff at the center before you enjoy your experience.
- A few minutes after your card is scanned, it will update automatically, giving you a new stamp.
- The other way to obtain stamps is through what we call Halmma experience recommendations. In this case, when you recommend us to a family member or friend and they come for their first massage experience, you will automatically receive a new stamp.
- Attention! Through the referral system, not only do you earn stamps, but your friends can also download a special card to enjoy a 20% discount.

Program bases
- The cards are for personal use and non-transferable.
- The stamps are personal and non-transferable. Each person can receive one stamp per service received. “For two” services will result in one stamp per person; the same person cannot receive two stamps.
- The stamps will expire after one year.
- Halmma reserves the right to change the conditions at any time

Automatically once they are scanned at the center by our staff or through the scanning of the referral cards you have given out.
How do I access the back of my card?
- If your mobile is iPhone: Look for the WALLET or electronic wallet icon on your screen, select your HALMMA&Friends card, then tap the round button at the top right of your mobile and choose “Pass Details.”
- If your mobile is Android: Look for the WALLET or electronic wallet icon on your screen, select your HALMMA&Friends card, then tap the three-dot button at the top right of your mobile to view the card details.

How can I recommend the club to a friend?

- If your friend is with you: You have a link to create a personal QR code. Tap on the link and offer your friend to scan the QR generated at that moment with their mobile.
- If you want to send it to your friends: You also have a link to invite your friends. Press and hold on the link, then select the copy option. Once the link is copied, send it to your friends via WhatsApp, email, mobile, or social media.
What happens after I’ve enjoyed my free Halmma experience upon earning the tenth stamp?
Your card will be cleared of stamps, and you will start accumulating stamps again from the beginning.
