There are various ways to reach Halmma, located at C/ Barquillo 47, Madrid. By public transport using the metro, L1 to Tribunal, L5 to Chueca, or L2 to Banco de España. By bus. By private vehicle with private or public parking available in the area.

You will be assigned an individual locker where you can store your personal belongings. You can lock or unlock it with a key. Additionally, our staff will be available at all times to assist you with any issues that may arise. In the event of a forgotten item within our facilities, we will do our best to keep it safe until you return to collect it, although we do not take legal responsibility.

Only products included in the experiences can be consumed at Halmma.

The total duration of the experience is estimated, as the time for changing clothes is included. However, the massage time is fixed and is the one shown on the website.

Please note that it’s not possible to refund the total or partial amount of the card, and if it’s lost, the enjoyment of the service will be forfeited.

Children over 14 years old can enjoy the services. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Reservations can be canceled or modified up to 48 hours before the scheduled date and time; otherwise, the full amount or the gift card will be forfeited.

To secure your spot, payment must be made in advance through any of the following channels: through our website, at the center, or by calling 91 030 11 35.

You only need to bring your swimsuit or bikini; wearing underwear is not possible. You enter the massage modules barefoot, but you can bring pool shoes to use inside the dressing rooms. We provide a hairdryer in the dressing rooms, but for hygiene reasons, we do not provide combs or hairbrushes.

We offer a garment similar to a pashmina that you can use to cover yourself once you leave the dressing room. The dressing rooms are individual and lockable with a key to store your personal belongings. At the end of your service, a hair dryer is available for your use.

To respect the privacy of our clients enjoying our facilities and our staff, the use of devices for taking photos or videos is not allowed once you enter the forest and modules area.

Halmma is a center adapted for people who use wheelchairs. Please indicate this when making your reservation.

You can get our gift cards in several ways: purchase online through the website, call our reservation center at 91 030 11 35 to receive it by email, or if you prefer, get it in person at Halmma for a physical format. The cards do not display prices or dates and are valid for one year for one or two users, depending on the chosen service.

All our massage therapists are qualified to provide you with the best care during your massage session. The only thing we cannot guarantee in advance is the gender of the therapist, as it depends on various factors within our organization.

Cleaning is daily and continuous. Every morning, we thoroughly clean the interior, and throughout the day, we sanitize and disinfect the facilities again. The dressing rooms are also sanitized after each use.
